I have one of these units and the humidity measurement is WAY OFF. I emailed them and they basically told me it’s not possible even though I made them aware that I used 4 other accurate devices that are measuring correctly to verify that my unit is >10% off. Makes me wonder what else is “off”! After sales service and support has not been good to this point and it seems I may have wasted a couple of hundred bucks! Wish I could get responses from them and some help to address this…

They should’ve based it off a smartphone/web base app where you just buy the hardware and app with no monthly fee. Most of us already pay a monthly fee to our alarm company. Why would we want to pay for another service.
