My keypad stopped working on mine and I never used the combination at the time when I bought it my dad pasted away so I just programmed my pad and put my paper work in my safe not thinking at the time and now it stopped working on me and I dont have the combination to get in it I have tryed to get a hold of cannon i payed a lot of money for this safe and really need help i dont want to break into it i went with cannon because i think it’s the best safe u can by it has the new EMP on it and i realize i will have to replace it so if u can please help me out i was told that the modle number was A54 but not forshore it is 5 foot tall and and 4 foot wide 30 in depth my serial number is M1187776 if it cost anything i will pay just dont want to mess it up to get in it my phone number is 1 812 891 3839 if u can help me any way i would be very happy and i will need to know how i would get a new key pad for it to my name is Darrold reel .

Like most advertisements this one has several “half truths” and lies. While Cannon may advertise as the ONLY manufacturer to offer a true redundant lock, many other companies have them available as well, though they are using a redundant lock which is actually made in America by LaGard.
I hate advertisers that out and out lie to try to sell their product.
