You select a bullet and it still wants the bc info ect. not impressed, ill stick with the sierra program

Editor: If you select the bullet from the list, it WILL enter the BC data automatically. The fields still appear in order to allow manual tweaking. I think you'll find, with some more familiarity with the program, that the JBM program does what you want, with great precision.

I've used the JBM program for several years and printed and laminated range cards for my long range rifles. I shoot F-Open class and I'm constantly shooting at different distances (300, 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1200) and with a simple 300 yard known zero on my rifle, i can trust the JBM data to put me on target with the first shot at 1000 yards with little touch up needed on the scope for weather conditions. As long as the data you put in is accurate (scope height, ACTUAL velocity, elevation, etc.) it will reward you with great results.

Ballistic for iPhone/iPod Touch licenses JBM. Shooter for Android is supposed to be quite good. I've got one coming out for Windows Phone 7 that has almost identical results. So really no shortage of options.

With all the PDA's, Palm Pilots and I-Pads out there,JBM would do all of us a great service by offering their ballistic software in an I-Pad compatible format. JBM beats Horus for ease of use. I'd be willing to pay a reasonable fee for the program. Food for thought
