In my area, we receive .22 ammo all the time. The problem is a low quantity shipment, so you have to be quick…or lucky to get your hands on them. On several occasions, I’ve landed (3) boxes of 333 count for $57 after tax. This is pricier than it was a few years back but it’s not THAT bad. The price of a 500 count used to be around $20 after tax which is .04 cents a shot vs today’s .054 cents a shot. Everything has increased….like minimum wage. Why wouldn’t we expect ammo to go up? A 333 count box for $18 after tax, not a bad deal.

They have come down nicely in price since there introduction. Although .22 ammo has skyrocketed, if you can get it. Creedmoors Air AR trainer is a interesting option. Guaranteed to clean the tough 10 meter target.

Yes these are fun rifles but where do I find enough .22LR rifle to use in them? Buying one brick from a mail order is pricey. The local shops sure don’t.
