The video is a venture between Sauer and Aimpoint. Frantz is using a lightly customized Sauer 202 in 270 winchester. He is using RWS KS 150 grain. Erik is a professional Aimpoint instructor and he is using a 7mm Remington Magnum with a sauer rifle too.

It is the producers mistake.
If you watch the whole dvd than there somewhere can be seen when he reloads and on the box you can see .270win when the camera focuses on it.
The narration is from an other part of the video because the other hunter uses 7mm RM.

Doesn't recoil like a magnum...

Anyway, two points. Firstly for those students of military history out there, this is the hunting style that influenced the Jaeger rifle but also the WWI German sniping doctrine. Short rifle, close terrain and fast shooting.

Second point. The Sauer 202 action is the closest I have felt to cycling a SMLE for smoothness. On my to buy list now.

Actually, he is using a .270WM not 7mm RM. His shooting technic is awesome.

Editor: Was this a mistake by the video producers? In the video, the narrator says the caliber is 7mm Remington Magnum at time mark 0:16.
