I would like to know what front sight assembly Carl is using. If it’s a 30mm front sight body who makes a post insert that fits?

What I find interesting is that Carl uses a post front sight in offhand.

I’m trying to figure out from the two pictures if Carl is using some sort of barrel extension–bloop tube–as part of his setup??
Although I am nowhere close to being in his league, I have found that competing indoors in the off season in international air rifle matches will certainly improve one’s HP standing scores providing one practices the same discipline he talks about.
