Used a box of Remington Corelokt and they cycled through without a problem. Bought a few boxes of Superperformance 30-06 SPRG SST (Lot 3190061) and tried them in my Remington semi-automatic deer rifle (Model 742). Over half of the cartridges stick in chamber, all primers are flat and several have holes in primer after firing. Some of cartridges have damage to rim (some even have pieces clipped off of rim). Had an ordinance specialist tell me that he thought these may exhibit excessive chamber pressure. Do not know. Have examined rifle and do not see any damage or abnormal wear. Any ideas?
