Editor: Monte, we don’t know if this means that there were no changes (in that classification) for 2014, or that the links weren’t updated on the NRA website. We used the links published by the NRA. You can access those links directly here: http://compete.nra.org/official-nra-rule-books.aspx

But, as you correctly observed, some of the PDF files have “13” in part of file name while others have “14” in the file name.
