The numbers were in the 100,000’s. I have to wonder how many of those folks buy a box or two of ammunition for their hunting every year. There is a potential for a very large grass roots effort to put this issue to bed. Now, how that comes about and what organization(s)is capable of getting this done is beyond my experience. NSSF and the NRA surely have a lot of information but somehow the sleeping giant has to be awakened.
