After watching a few air rifle events and shooting at a range with electronic targets perhaps I can help.  In air rifle a perfect shot is 10.9 and one can have a shot that cuts the dot which is a 10.1.  As a result a score like 209.4 is possible.  Not knowing which event you are referring to I hope that provided you with some helpful information.
