Just what does the Constitution mean to the asshats in Cali???? If “gun control” really worked then Cali, Chicago, New York, and DC would be the safest places on the planet!

This is a regressive law that will hurt low income gun owners the hardest since it will restrict ammo supplies to only the local brick and mortar stores which will have no competition, thus we can expect substantial price increases.

Contact the Governor? He is going to pass that bill the second it hits his desk. Has a stamp of his signature just for gun control legislation.

We ran out of crappy Governors, now we are bring back re-treading them.

Please note the article title, “Considers…”. This legislation has passed in the CA Senate but has NOT yet been voted on in the CA Assembly. Current status is waiting third reading. See status at http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=201320140SB53&search_keywords=

If passed then the Governor needs to sign off or veto. At the moment he is not prepared to do anything until a pending court case is settled. It could be vetoed if the case is not settled before the Governor’s action is required – forcing it to be resubmitted.

Both the NRA and the California Rifle and Pistol Association (CRPA) – and several interested parties – have been pushing CA voters to call and e-mail their legislators to kill this WPOStuff.

IF you are a CA voter and have NOT yet made your voice heard, it needs to be done NOW! Including contacting the Governor.

I recall, years ago, having to sign a log when purchasing ammo in California. I believe that was dropped when someone figured out it had never accomplished anything. Accomplishing anything does not appear to be a requirement there now.
