Couple of footnotes.

1876 was the same year that Wild Bill played his last hand of cards (Aces and Eights) in Saloon #10.

1876 was the very first year of the Palma Match, held at Creedmoor NY. The Palma Trophy Match was first fired between teams from Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Australia and the USA. The USA won that match.
