Thanks for info on 22lr. My example of 338 LM shows a totally different result. If you are going to debate a point, use the same data. You have provided apples and oranges.

Gunbot.net allows one to “Sort by Brand”. When we did this with .22 LR ammo results, all the hundreds of results appeared in alphabetical order, by brand name (Aguila to Winchester). (However, sometimes the brand word was preceded by a quantity — but the brand alpha-sort was still valid). The GunBot display looks fine on our desktop and laptop computers at normal, default pixel depth.

AmmoSeek is definitely faster, however, and Ammoseek also offers a proprietary Mobile App.

Eventually demand for the .22 ammo will dry up and supply will come back but with far less shooters. Hoarders doing the most damage to the future of rim-fire shooting. Coupled with a ridiculously run industry that cant meet demand.

I just looked thru each of the three sites for 338 Lapua Magnum and 50 BMG, cartridges all three include. Far and away the best site of these three is AmmoSeek. Why? You can search by brand and actually just get that brand in that cartridge. And the sellers listed have the lowest prices. I also found none of the mismatches on AmmoSeek that I did on the others – no .50 cal muzzleloader in with 50 BMG, no bullets in with ammo. And a VERY clean, professional layout. Like getting laser printer output rather than dot matrix output. Yes, brightly colored ads – sure looks a lot more inviting that straight text jammed together in strings.

Search by-brand for 338 LM, Lapua brand, on gunbot and you do NOT get a by-brand result at all. After the first 10-12 lines that are in order then its a free for all of mixed brands. Worst part about gunbot for this cartridge, they no not have the best sellers for price – by a long shot.

Slickguns did not even include Lapua brand 338 LM ammo.

Experiences with other cartridges and brands may vary. Lack of functionality remains. Check out each and judge for yourself.
