		<description><![CDATA[If it&#039;s snowing, it isn&#039;t that cold.  And if snow really bothered anyone, there would be no ski industry.  He&#039;s not shooting in an ice storm.  Looks like fun to me (no people) although he could use a nice light polypro face mask and some gloves.  No gloves, not that cold.]]></description>
