VA championships are there this month. IR50/50 indoor sporter nationals are there next month.

The bench bases are cement blocks with wood tops – no movement. You will see that in the utube video of the March 2012 competition. Also the picture on the top of IR5050.com homepage is of the facility.

The benches are solid! Concrete bases and the tops are attached very nicely. Quite honestly one of the best places I’ve ever shot.

If you shoot 22 benchrest, IR 50/50 or ARA, Piney Hill (Chicken Barn above) is one of the finest around and has some world class shooters!

And, where there’s movement at the rifle there’s exaggerated movement on target. Transportable or permanent [cement] benches with 400lb tops would be better.
