		<description><![CDATA[I see the huge contracts for ammo as being an excuse for large across the board ammo shortages aimed at the general public. Remember the last time we had to fight for our rights here in the USA? It all started over the British trying to confiscate shot and powder from Concords civilian armory where it was stored. Buying a billion bullets puts a huge strain on the manufacturers of brass, powder, etc. Im really really worried that something big is going to happen here and we are not prepared for it.]]></description>
