You can actually use your Iosso or JB, or even Autosol/brass polishing compound to (manually) polish any bare alum & S/S. When I was in Australia a few years back I did use JB to polish my mill finish Stolle action into a bright satin finish within an half hour or so. Tip: Do it in straight motion back & forth, not in circular motion. Use soft, clean cotton patch/cloth.
