The prices have become ridiculous, and the general service and delivery is very, very poor.

Ive held a trade account with Brownells USA for many years, the company has been my &quot;go to&quot; place for parts and spares. If the Brownells UK store operates in similar fashion that Midway UK did - huge mark ups and exaggerated postage fees, there will be very few customers. Ive spoken to numerous trade colleagues who all desire the ability to continue to order from BROWNELLS USA and continue with the excellent service and relationship we&#039;ve had historically. Please reconsider.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[It is a real shame that Brownells will very soon not deal direct with its many loyal international customers. I have been a Brownells and Sinclairs customer for over 30 years and hold a trade account. They have gone into partnership with a company that used to be known as MidwayUK (they had a similar set up with MidwayUSA hence the name), this company operates a forwarding business which would be great if it were not for that fact that they add a significant mark up to the cost of buying direct from Brownells, they had a very bad customer service reputation when operating as MidwayUK and that bad reputation remains with them as BownellsUK. Basically the cost of getting any Brownells products has increased significantly to the extent that its become unaffordable. A very unfortunate decision by what I considered to be a very good company, fellow sportsmen in the United Kingdom and Europe are very disappointed with Brownells.]]></description>
