I purchased a Magneto speed sporter in February when there was a rebate on it and have used it several times. I also have the cell phone adapter which I highly recommend. I do see a zero shift. While working up a load in a new Brux 30″ 260 Remington medium palma barrel with a Pierce action and Eliseo stocked rifle. It shot 10″ high at 300 yards!

The airgun, shotgun, and muzzle loader incompatibility would worry me if I was choosing a chronograph. Not because I shoot those items, but because I have a Magnetospeed V2, and I have to work through the low-speed/lead sensitivity settings to chrono slow moving LWSC loads in my revolvers. I suspect that the limitations here are related to the software in the sporter version. I really like the Magnetospeed that I own. I just caution shooters to check to see if they will work for your application!
