I own the 8-80×56 March-X and can easily vouch for its clarity at that magnification. The blue haze (chromatic aberration) is actually much less than in the picture.
NOTHING beats the March for clarity. Google it, because I bet you’ve never owned one mate.

I had a 8-80x march, never that clear above 50x, let alone 80. Guess he got lucky on his copy.

I do recognise the heavy CA (purple fringe) though in the high mag march scopes, seems they all have that.

Do they not have mirage in Australia? Would never get even close to that calm anywhere local where I shoot
