Same as the guys above. Tried two different browsers and a smartphone, following the instructions, and the only result was a little banner in I am guessing Finnish (guessing because it disappears before I could copy and paste to a translator)

This is not working, neither by camera or manually.

Editor: A number of folks have done this successfully. You can see a list of winning registrants on the Lapua website. Make sure you have the QR number. This should be from a 2015-vintage package.
