This is just a rebranded MeoPro 80 HD that is $100 more. The MeoPro has a lifetime warranty and I believe the Nightforce only has a 20 year warranty.

Editor: Can't confirm or deny what you say based on the info NF has provided. Nightforce says the TS-80 uses European glass and is assembled in America. The knurled focus control ring and zoom control ring are completely different than the Meopta 80 HD. The TS-80 is very slightly heavier. One vendor, SportOptics.com says the NF TS-80 has a "limited lifetime" warranty. We are awaiting confirmation of that from Nightforce. If the TS-80 is related to the Meopta, that is not such a bad thing. The MeoPro 80 HD has received some very positive reviews, the only criticism being weight.
