can you make 6 -284 win rounds with this brass with horndry 95 grain sst

I have been experimenting with the new Norma 284 Win cases. I lose neck tension when I seat a 145gr Spire Point bullet to and below the neck/Shoulder junction. Tension is good until that point. After the first firing, I have a donut that needs to be reamed. My magazine is limited to 2.8″ COL. I am experimenting with creating a false shoulder, then neck down to the point I can Chamber, then annealing to regain neck tension. Works so far, but at $1.5/case, I should not have to neck up like I do for 6.5-284 which also has to be reamed after fire forming.

Not a problem with Bullets.com. The new ITAR regulations make it extremely difficult for US companies to sell guns, components, ammunition and ammunition components outside the country.

Only problem with bullets.com is that they wont sell to Canada.
