I had to re-measure the twist rate several times to make sure I wasn’t crazy, but yes the Suhl factory made some barrels with a 1:19″ twist bore.

Is that a typo? a 1-19″ barrel would be very strange and would have difficulty stabilizing the bullets. Generally barrels are 1-16″.
