		<description><![CDATA[It seems to me that it could be placed on a stand, somewhere between a shooter and his target, turned so as to register cross wind velocity, or mounted over the pivot of  a wind flag so that it would always be pointing directly into the wind. Either way, one might come up with useful and interesting information.]]></description>
