The approved form with tax stamp for my first NFA Class II device came through in a little over 60 days from the time I ordered it; that includes the dealer filling out his portion of the Form 4, getting it to me for my portion, me getting it through my local Sheriff and the BATFE processing it and returning it to me approved. George Bush was president then. The last one took just under 6 months AFTER my local sheriff finished his part, none of which says much for these extra examiners that have allegedly been put on the job by Mr. Obama. The BATFE is sadly mismanaged under the current administration.
