A million dollar prize, and the sponsoring check is from the winning product’s manufacturer. It doesn’t sound like a shooting match. It sounds like a controlled, hyped product demonstration. No one pays 1M to a shooting match winner.

What a marketing/publicity setup!!! In the midst of bad post humus publicity, Chris Kyle’s widow uses a rifle by a company that was recently in financial trouble to beat a world champion???

I have nothing against Mrs Kyle behind the gun, but the whole thing looks like RE promoting a product with failed sales figures by chucking a big bunch of money at it and using “famous” names for it. Maybe that the marketing of tracking point miss an important point?: people might still want to have a degree of skills in their shooting, like mrs Kyle former husband had, and they might ACTUALLY want to be in charge and press the trigger and not having a computer doing it for them.
