		<description><![CDATA[This has been commented on in the past and best not to rehash previous advice.  In sum, the shooter&#039;s technique is less than optimum because the sling is too tight, the bolt manipulation is binding, and the stripper clip is wrong.  

Basically, if you want to do this fast:

a.  5 rounds in the magazine (less spring pressure to affect feeding)

b. reload using a stripper clip every 5 rounds

c. leave the clip in the clip slot - the bolt pushes it out

d. middle finger on the trigger.  Thumb and forefinger work the bolt in a rolling motion.

e.  practice dry firing dummy rounds and oil your bolt raceway.
