		<description><![CDATA[Back in the late 90s, I wrote an article about the K&amp;M tool, that offered the option of a carbide mandrel. Are you sure that Sinclair&#039;s offering of that feature predates that? I don&#039;t remember. Over the years, Sinclair has been pretty free about making their own versions of other people&#039;s products. This would tend to make me less concerned about buying something that was the same as something that they sell.]]></description>
