		<description><![CDATA[If it&#039;s lost or stolen in transit, how does the FFL holder make the determination which is which. That should be the job of the shipping company and law enforcement. 
To require the FFL to notify the Feds on which the actual cause is, would put the burden of investigation on the FFL. Not their job or area of expertise. Seems like more Government stupidity to me. Make a law, but don&#039;t look into how to actually apply it....]]></description>
