I'm Claude Wiley's oldest son. Like many men of his generation, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and appreciated well-made firearms and flyrods, and he taught all three of us "boys" their proper use. I remember him and Warren Page spending hours together at our respective homes and at Camp Fire Club of America, in Chappaqua, NY, from the fifties into the seventies. These were priceless lessons in skill, responsibility, respect for nature, and friendship. My hunch is that my father was part of the group pictured because Warren Page knew his enthusiasm would be an asset in Wyoming and knew he would say yes to the opportunity.

Norm Williams is my wife's grandfather. He passed away a couple of years ago. I used to love sitting with him and listing to his hunting stories. He spoke of Warren Page and Bill Ruger often. As to why Norm is dressed up my wife said, "that's how he dressed." I would love to have a copy of this photo for the family.
