Not that I don’t believe this, but when I verified AB 2243 at the official California State’s website at http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/ the bill is totally different. It’s introduced by Wood, and it’s about cannabis tax. Perhaps I was looking at the wrong thing, but I also searched Senate Bills and by author and found nothing. Can someone please confirm the truthfulness of this? Thank you!
