You think 1.25 is good, go check out lutz moeller or GS Custom. Lutz moeller has made a .50 bmg single feed bullet that has a G1 Bc of 1.74 between 400-800 m/s, and a G1 BC of 2 over 800 m/s. Also, with a 30″ barrel it is launched at 2650 fps. With a 36-40″ make that 2800-2850. Also GS Custom made a bullet for the Anzio 20/50 that weighs 1100 grains and has a G1 BC of 1.85 and is launched at 3400 fps with 600 grains of powder. Yes, 600. Btw this was an April fools joke

We have actually been testing a 148 grain 6.5 mm bullet of this desigin for the last 6mos. Only 3.8 minutes of windage required at 1000yds in a 10 mph full value wind.

Like already mentioned what a waist of time and resources. There are 50 cal projectiles on the market currently that will put these to shame and what the necks gonna happen if the tips become loose in Flight?

It’s ok to think outside the box, but come on guys, we need bullets for benchrest matches. Shelves are empty and you’re out playing with an obsolete cartridge anyhow. The 375 Cheytec is the new LR King!!!
