The FT Bullseye replaces the existing sight. The only adjustment one can make is lateral. The front sight has no bearing, so any lateral adjustment to point of aim and point of impact is based on the rear sight.

Do they expect to have them for the M&P soon?

How are they sighted in? I see no adjustment screws.

The FT Bullseye is a combat/defensive sight. Do head shots at 50 ft work for you? If you are looking for a precision match sight, then this may not be for you. If you are looking for a tough, durable sight which allows you to intuitively aim and put rounds accurately on target, then it is. I work for their marketing agency and have been able to run several mags using it. I adjusted to using only the rear sight quickly. I prefer the green dot over the red dot as I picked up the sight quicker.

I can see it working for centre of the seeing mass type shooting but how practical is it for fine accuracy work?
