Was at the shooting range today to test reloaded Remington Brass in caliber .300 Win Mag with 180 Grain bullets Vihtavouri 160 powder 61 Gr load. I also had other brands of brass Norma, Winchester, RWG. For the third time I experienced that the Remington Brass broke in two exactly 10mm from bottom end, no problem for the other brands. Does Remington use slimmer wall thicknes than the others?

I have been shooting chromium case Sierra game getters in my Salvage 7mm rem. Love them. But I started reloading some this year using the once fired Sierra cases. with 100 cases loaded, I had 15 bullets that would not cycle thought the bold action. I couldn't close the bolt.
I had a couple where the bullet was a little hard to cycle, but when I fired the bullet I could not eject the shell. I could not see any difference in the cases that cycled freely, and those that did not cycle. The micrometer reading were the same on both. I have no issue with factory loaded bullet. Any ideas what might be going on?

I to have a question, but in regards to Aquila brass. Since I can't get Aquila to respond to my queries, what would cause splits from throat to web on new factory loads?

I have a picture of a failed case I'd love to get your analysis on. Can we send in pics for a public analysis? I think it would help everyone! This is a great service to help everyone reload safely. Thanks!
