A friend bought one in 308 and had less than stellar accuracy. I remember groups of 2-3″ at 100 yards with multiple types of match ammo. I also shot it to make sure it wasn’t the shooter. He sent it back to Weatherby and they replaced his barrel. It took longer than it probably should have, but they didn’t try to get out of honoring their warranty at all. Now it shoots much like reported here – .5-.7″ groups at 100. All this to say Weatherby will stand by their product.
