So sorry to hear this sad news. I will never forget how Mike treated me when I had a problem with my RL550B. I had owned it for 8 or 9 years with no problems. He called me back a short time afterward to confirm that the problem was fixed. I will never forget that. He made me feel that it was custom made just for me. People like Mike are very special. He left a lasting impression upon me. May he rest in peace.
