There seems to be a good chance this will pass with the republican part in congress and Trump in the White house. I like the refund idea too.

Note the recent article on barrel length and only minor changes in velocity for the 6.5 Creedmoor. I am planning a rebarrel to 21.75″ in 6.5 Creedmoor with threaded 5/8 24 muzzel.

If we can convince them that supressors reduce the carbon footprint, have less impact on the hearing of animals and are LGBT friendly we might some day have the state granted possibility to one one here in in Калифорния

“… in the 42 states where suppressors are legal to own…” So much for us in those other 8 states. In CA where both senators are Democrats, the governor is a Democrat, and the Democrats have SUPER majorities in both houses of the legislature…reducing hearing loss is not going to heard (pun intended).

This should also be introduced as an EPA measure to mitigate noise pollution

I am sure that neighborhoods near ranges would appreciate not hearing rifle reports!
