I am unable to take the weapon off safe as the safety level will only travel downward approximately a 1/8 inch and will not fire. When loading the weapon it seems as though the round does not seat in the chamber and scores the lead on the round. However my serial number is 500027061 I do not know the date of manufacture.I know it does not fall into the recall category. I would appropriate your help on this matter.
