		<description><![CDATA[Neck tension is also affected by how much you are reducing the diameter of the neck to hold a bullet. Reducing the neck diameter by 0.010 in a single pass will create about 0.002&quot; of taper to the neck with the mouth being smallest.

I always start with at least 0.002 larger than my final neck size and come down 0.001&quot; at a time after that. This way I&#039;m removing the taper from the starting bushing.

Don&#039;t believe it? Just try sliding your bushing back over a resized neck and you&#039;ll see how for down it will go... then try again with 0.001 smaller.]]></description>
