Love what you did with the 6.5. I wish you’d have left some websites where you purchased some of the parts from. Especially the bag-riders and handrail.

ChevyTruck above commented on the rough bolt.

I improved mine considerably by stoning out the tool marks on the slot on the left side of the bolt, then polishing. The roughness really grabs when the bolt hit the gap in the bolt handle between the receiver and the folding butt assembly.

I had to chamfer the bolt handle hole on the left side of the bolt too because it hits the receiver in the left side. The chamfer helps soften the impact.

I also added some fine lapping compound to the outside of the bolt and cycled it until it smoothed out.

In addition, you need to grease the heck out of the bolt.
