The prior caption said it was derived from the 338 LM – simply to make sure folks understand the derivation. That caption has now been corrected.

The .300 Norma Magnum is derived from the .338 Norma Magnum, not the .338 LM cartridge. CIP specs for all three are at http://www.cip-bobp.org/homologation/fr/tdcc_public?page=5&cartridge_type_id=1 (TDCC column, select EN for English).
