The information I received was there is a new model that wil be available in 3-4 months, but the resolution will be the same as the current model and the part number/order number will not change. There are some changes to the new version, but NOT to the resolution. Seems to be a lot of confusion about this.

Editor: That is NOT what we were told at SHOT Show by Lyman’s representatives. The product was specifically announced as a “new and improved higher resolution borecam”. FYI, the Gen 1 Borecam manual lists the resolution at 320×240. What we saw at SHOT was definitely better than that.
