It is rumored that some of the target manufacturers are working on a resealable paper target that heals itself after several minuets rendering it clean at the end of the shooting period, Another company is developing a high tech gadget that you put over the rear of the target after it has been shot, then using a loaded .223 round you press the button on the device and it reseals the hole. I think they call it the bullet button.
