I have an AR that puts them into one hole at 100 yards so long as I can get the crosshairs on the very same spot each time. That is really, really hard to do.

Richard King sure can do to all. Thanks for great work on the biggest one so far. Makes my AR 50 seem compact. That long barrel has a benefit beyond velocity, camel gun style. The further away the muzzle brake, the better!

Similar experience with the 750 A-Max in a McBros Fisher action. Many sub-3″ groups at 500, off a Harris bipod! A serious test of shooter discipline, but they’ll shoot well.

No surprise the military has been and done 50 cal. 1/2″ moa really1/4″ moa for some time ,you would think civilians might do even better given less redtape restaints $$$ gets it done.

Yes, it IS very possible to achieve half-MOA from a .50 BMG. On a particular day at Manatee Gun Club, I successfully printed a 3-shot group at 565 yards which measured roughly 1 5/8 inches, from an Armalite AR50A1 and Hunting Shack Munitions’ variant of the Hornady factory 750 AMAX round. The elevation spread was 1 5/8 inches from round 1 to rounds 2 and 3 which ended up in the same hole.
