Vista Bought Savage for 315 Million and in six years sold it for 170. Now the current management is staying on as part of the buy out. I’d be surprised if Savage lasts 10 more years.

I’d like to see the new owners expand the “good stuff” to the LH shooters among us. Lefties like stainless steel and adjustable stocks just like the RH guys. LRPV in LH and stainless, please.

It’s interesting to me that a corporation (mega or otherwise) such as Vista is bowing to the pressures from the anti-gun left by divesting themselves of a firearms manufacturing company. This is an awful move by a corporation which should be standing behind the 2nd Amendment and the hunters/shooters who support them with purchases of their products. Pure money people will advocate for this move while the rest of us see it as cowardice motivated by greed.
