Grant-I have great respect for my friend Randy Gregory and indeed he is the first person I knew of who put a centerfire action in any Anschutz aluminum stock. However he did not have to show me how to make the adapter and the adapter we use has nothing in common with the adapter Randy provided to me many years ago for a customer's project.

You are correct that the adapter requires no modification to the stock and thanks for pointing that out.

Greetings from germany,

For ISSF 300m shooting I also use the same rifle stock, only with a Sigg Schurter action in 6,5x47Lapua.
My rifle stock is ordinary made for the anschütz 2007/2013 action but using an adapter it can used all anschütz match 54 and following types as 1807/1813, 1907/1913 and so on. And as well my Sigg Schurter action
