I have used this powder for years and it has proved infallible. Having just one government manufacturer has proven to be the best option in this case as the Australian market was never big enough for competition.
The rifles made by the same Australian manufacturer have also proven to be as good as Sako and cheaper to buy.
This is a monopoly that does work.
