I asked people that shot both the Shehane and the straight 284 about the pros and cons. Pretty much ALL of them told me that if they had it to do all over again, they WOULD NOT go with the Shehane and, instead, stick with the stock 284 Winchester! Amazing…..!! BTW, I stuck with the original. The only cons I can find are that 284 brass is kinda hard to find!
