Nope he will send some poor cop to do his dirty work and disarm law abiding citizens which goes directly against the constitution. I have a solution, if someone commits a heinous crime ,they get a quick trial within 48 hours and off to public hangings. In the old west it scared the heck out of folks.It would work better than ripping us off.
